Former Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi has sent Reece James a message after her sister Lauren scored a brace against China today in the ongoing Women’s World Cup.
The 29-year old who is currently playing for Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahçe is one of the funniest guys in football.
And he has just proved he will never change with a joke on Twitter after Lauren James, the sister of Chelsea star Reece James, bagged a brace in England’s 6-1 win over China in their last Group stage clash.

“Damn Lauren’s got a better finish than me bro”, Batshuayi wrote on Twitter after seeing Lauren James’ goals.
The former Crystal Palace referred to an old Reece James statement saying her sister Lauren is better than some men playing in the Premier League.
“Super proud of Lauren James. She inspires me everyday and will continue to”, he answered a fan during a Twitter “Q&A” session in December 2022.
“I believe she is the best women footballer in the world, and will be for the next 10-15 years, without doubt. She’s technically better than some Prem [Premier League] players,” he added.
Back in that time, many saw his declaration as bold but her sister is proving him right at the biggest stage now being among the World Cup top scorers so far with 3 goals in 3 appearances.
