The African football governing body’s Executive Committee will convene on Thursday.

The 2017 African Football League’s first teams’ preparedness is anticipated to be the top item on the football organization’s agenda.

The meeting will also include a thorough discussion of Petro De Luanda’s condition as one of the participating clubs.

After being accused of match-fixing, the Angolan team was given a 2-year suspension last weekend by the Angola Football Federation.

The meeting would be held digitally, CAF has further confirmed.

” The Confederation of African Football (“CAF”) Executive Committee (“EXCO”) will hold a virtual meeting on Thursday, 07 September 2023.

CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe will preside over the meeting, according to CAF.
