Nigeria Premier League NFF Refereeing Unit Suspends AbdulMalik For The Season

AbdulMalik has been removed from the Nigeria Premier Football League for the 2023–2024 season by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) Refereeing Development Committee/Unit.

Due to his poor performance during Sunday’s match between Katsina United and Abia Warriors, AbdulMalik of the Bauchi Referee Council earned the wrath of the NFF Refs Unit.

After cancelling out a clean goal by Abia Warriors striker Samson Obi that would have tied the score at 2-2, AbdulMalik took matters into his own hands as the match official for Katsanda United versus Abia Warriors on Matchday 27 at the Muhammadu Dikko Stadium in Katsina.
