Africa Gabon: FIFA appointed Ndoumbou Dieudonné at the head of the FEGAFOOT

FIFA did not budge in its approach to the standardization of the Gabonese football administration.

Following the invalidation of the election of Jean de Dieu Moukagni to FEGAFOOT and after the cruel welcome to his emissaries in Libreville, FIFA has appointed Dieudonné Likouni Ndoumbou at the head of the Committee for Standardization of FEGAFOOT that it implemented.

“The Committee for Standardization has as first task the revision of the statutes of the Gabonese Football Federation (Fegafoot) in collaboration with FIFA and CAF and in accordance with the standards of the FIFA Statutes. It will thus resume the process before the amendments of July 2012 according to a methodology to be defined with the Standards Committee. Once statutes adopted, the Standardization Committee will have the responsibility to organize the elections of the new leaders of Fegafoot on October 31, 2013 at the latest, according to new laws. ‘
