Nigeria Abia Warriors Will Pull Surprises When The NPFL Starts-Ojobo

 

Abia Warriors defender Markson Ojobo said he is confident his new club Abia Warriors will pull surprises when the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) gets underway next month.

The 2020/2021 NPFL season has been scheduled to resume December 9 after the draws was released this month.

Ojobo who crossed from Enyimba to Abia Warriors in a chat with the club media said he is playing his dream football with the Aba-based club.

When I joined the side I knew what I was expecting and at the time, with the calibre of Players we have in the team.

” I know we will pull surprises when the league starts and I am looking forward to repay Abia Warriors with scintillating performance for their trust in my ability.

” I am enjoying my football Under Coach Imama Amapakabo, which is the reason why I joined the club in the first place,” said Ojobo.

The utility player who can also operate as a central midfielder or right full back said he will be ready to play in any position he is deployed to.

It is my utmost desire to contribute to the success of the club and am equally ready to fill in any position whenever I have the chance to defend the badge.

” I enjoy any role and I have learned that as a player whenever you are called upon to play a position you must be able to adjust.”

“We have started well with our pre-season games, and we will be definite replicate our recent form in the league when it kicks off by next month.

The Abia Warriors player has been one of the standout players in the NPFL having played for Enyimba FC, Bayelsa United and Akwa United before joining Abia Warriors.
