Black Stars and Racing Club Strasbourg defender Alexander Djiku is shortlisted for the French top-flight Best defender of the season award.
The 26-year-old will compete alongside Marquinhos (PSG), Kimpembe (PSG), Fonte (Lille), and 11 others in the category for the awards.

The Ghana international made 30 appearances for his side in the just-ended campaign.
He also excelled in aerial battles winning 54 of his duels and also winning 100 challenges.
On the disciplinary side he picked up 8 yellow cards and no red cards.
