With Victor Osimhen being sought-after by European top clubs, Naples sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli has revealed what the future of the Nigerian striker is made of.

After being disturbed by several injuries during his first two seasons in Italy, Osimhen is now at his best level under Naples colours.

The Super Eagle has been instrumental since the start of the new season for the Partenopei where his is a regular starter in Luciano Spaletti’s team.

The former Lille striker has already 5 goals and 1 assit in 9 appearances across all competitions to his name so far.

The 23-year old’s stellar performances has earned him interests from Euope’s biggest clubs including Manchester United and Bayern Munich.

Concerning the Red Devils, a possible swap deal has been rumored weeks ago, but his agent denied them all saying Victor Osimhen is happy in Italy.

Speaking after Naples’ 3-0 win over Rangers in Champions league on Wednesday evening, Naples Sporting director confirmed the club’s stance over Osimhen future.

“We are currently not focused on the market – and we’re not planning to do anything in January. We want to keep this squad”, Cristiano Giuntoli said, per Fabrizio Romano as he also denied Ronaldo rumors.

In addition, Victor Osimhen has a contract which run until June 2025 with a €65m market value according to Transfermarkt.
