Europe Camavinga : Watch Real Madrid star dancing on African song

Real Madrid versatile midfielder Eduardo Camavinga has been spotted dancing on some African vibes and wearing a traditional boubou.

Camavinga who was born in Miconje, a minor community in a refugee camp in Angola did not forget where he comes from.

The 2021/22 UEFA Champions league winner danced with pride on African ryhtms with a traditional outfit.

In his childhood, Camavinga was sent to a judo club by his mother as he uded to destroy everything in the house.

However, his father insisted and succeeded in registering him at Drapeau Fourgeres, a small town close to Rennes where theyb settled in 2003.

Camavinga’s journey from mud to glory

“I didn’t know anything. My mother took me and signed me up. I remember taking the ball and dribbling around”, Cama said remeniscing the moment, as per Marca.

However, another event made Camavinga’s child more difficult as their house gone up into fire in 2013 when he was 13.

“They lost everything,” said Nicolas Martinais, Camavinga’s Childhood coach. “That house was a sea of tears.”

“The day after, I had to go to training and football helped me to relax,” Camavinga himself remembered. “It was a way to escape.”

“Don’t worry, you’re going to be a great footballer and will rebuild this house,” the player’s father said.

“It’s true that he told me that,” Camavinga said. “I was the family’s hope. Suddenly, I was motivated. My parents were already happy, but I knew I could make them even happier.”

“We had been at that house, which my parents had built, for a less than a year.

“I remember the fire as if it were yesterday. I was at school and saw the firefighters passing out of the window.

“At the end of the class the teachers came to me and my little sister and explained what had happened. My dad came to get us and took us there. Everything was burned, everything was destroyed”, he remembered.

In 2021, he completed a dreamy move to Real Madrid and two years later, he won every possible trophy in club. An inspiring journey.
