Manchester City captain Iklay Gündogan joins FC Barcelona as the La Liga side announced his arrival on social media earlier this Monday.
The wait is now over as well as the uncertainty over the future of Gündogan.
The Manchester City skipper will not extend his contract which runs out at the end of this month with the Premier League side.

Barcelona announced his arrival on Monday on a free transfer. “Gündogan is a culer”, the club wrote.
Iklay Gündogan sings a two-year deal with the Spanish side plus a year in option.
The 32-year old will earn a €9m salary per season in Barcelona and has a €500m release clause.
