Olympic Games Nigeria Vs Cameroon Confirmed Starting lineup

A place in the 2024 Summer Olympics is at stake as Cameroon’s Indomitable Lionesses square off against Nigeria’s Super Falcons.

The Stade de la Réunification in Douala will host the game. The game starts on Friday, February 23 at 6 p.m. WAT.

After losing 2-0 against Uganda in the first leg of the qualifying round, Cameroon overcame a two-goal deficit.

In contrast, Cape Verde was easily defeated by the Super Falcons in the previous round.

Nigeria easily won both legs, winning 5-0 at home and 2-1 away in the second leg.

It’s reasonable to assume that the Indomitable Lionesses aren’t too excited to play the Super Falcons on the pitch.

The last three meetings between these two teams were won by Nigeria without any goals being conceded. They have defeated Cameroon five times in their last six meetings while maintaining five clean sheets.

These sides’ most recent meeting occurred at the Women’s Africa Cup of Nations quarterfinals two years ago (WAFCON 2022).

Nigeria has won nine of the eleven encounters between these two teams, with two losses.
