Nigeria Super Eagles Hold First Training Session In Morocco

Super Eagles players held their first training session on Tuesday night in Morocco ahead of the doubleheader friend against Ghana and Mali.

The team trained under the supervision of interim head coach, Finidi George ahead of their first game against the Black Stars of Ghana on Thursday.

Alex Iwobi who has been on a fine form with Fulham was among the players who trained on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, more players arrived the Super Eagles camp which opened on Monday with Cyril Dessers, Nathan Tella, Simon Moses, Nwabali Stanley, Fisayo Bashiru, Calvin Bassey, Alex Iwobi, Semi Ajayi,Jamilu Collins, Bruno Onyemaechi and Sadiq Umar are players who are already in camp.

The post on the official X account of the Super Eagles confirmed that Victor Osimhen, Taiwo Awoniyi, Gabriel Osho and Tyronne Ebuehi have been ruled out of the games.
