CAF CONFEDERATION CUP CAFCC: Dreams FC Arrive Egypt Ahead Of Zamalek Clash

Prior to their first-leg matchup with Zamalek in the CAF Confederation Cup semifinals, Dreams FC has arrived Egypt.

The group of players, technical, and management team members arrived in Cairo on Friday.

Dreams FC successfully travelled to Egypt on Thursday morning in advance of the pivotal first-leg match, leaving Ghana to adjust and hone their tactics for what looks to be a fierce continental match.

By making it to the competition’s finals, the holders of the Ghanaian FA Cup will be looking to build on their stellar performance thus far.

Dreams FC is having an incredible season in their maiden appearance in a European championship.

The Dawu-based team defeated Stade Malien in the quarterfinals to go to the competition’s final four.

The first leg of the match will take place on Sunday in Zamalek, with the second leg taking place in Kumasi in two weeks.

Prior to the titanic match, Karim Zito is unconcerned about his players’ level of fitness.

With the exception of Sylvester Simba, who reported having minor thigh pain, all of the players are healthy for the match.
