CAF CONFEDERATION CUP CAFCC: Dreams FC Coach Optimistic Of Away Win Against Zamalek

Head coach of Dreams FC, Karim Zito, said that the match against Zamalek SC will be difficult, but he is still optimistic about his team’s possibilities.

In the CAF Confederations Cup semifinal, the Egyptian team will play the Ghanaian team.

On Sunday, April 21, the Still Believe boys will play in Cairo International Stadium.

Kickoff is set for 16:00GMT.

The former Black Satellites coach gave assurances prior to the game that they would not let the nation down and would instead strive for a positive outcome against their past Confederations Cup champions.

“We are not going to disappoint Ghanaians,” the veteran trainer said.

“Truth be told, it’s a dicey encounter but it’s not impossible. I will plead with Ghanaians to pray for us,” Zito added.

The second leg will take place at Baba Yara Stadium on April 28.

In the meantime, Dreams FC departed the nation’s borders on Thursday in preparation for the eagerly awaited match in North Africa.
