A Ghanaian is drawing the attention of Arsenal. The Gunners want to strengthen their midfield with the player of  Parma FC, Afriyie Acquah.

Currently the club Palermo, the “new Michael Essien “ of 20 years has played 9 games in Serie A without scoring. The transfer of the Ghanaian is estimated at 10 million by the English press.

On March 1, 2012, Acquah played his first international match in the jersey of Ghana against Chile. He entered at the haltime to replace Anthony Annan (1-1 draw)

On October 13, 2012 he scored his first international goal against Malawi (won 0-1).
