Cycling 2020 International Cycling Tour To Launch In December

FIC (Ivorian Cycling Federation) unveils the dates and itinerary of the 2020 International Cycling Tour. this year, the event will start on 14 December and end on 21 December.

This 27th edition of the Tour of Ivory Coast, called Tour of Reconciliation, will be 1150 km long. The tour will start from Touba in the west and will end in Agboville in the Agnéby-Tiassa region.

On the agenda, the stages Touba-Man, Man-Duekoué, Daloa-Daloa, Yamoussokro-Yamoussokro. Then the closed circuit in Agboville will end the event.

For the time being, the participation of foreign countries is on hold. “Ivorian land borders are still closed. If the situation does not improve until December, we will be forced to make the Tour with the national riders. Otherwise, the countries of the sub-region will be invited, particularly Burkina Faso, Benin, Guinea and Mali.” Said Jean-Marie Allah Kouamé, President of the FIC.
