On its website, the Thai club, Buriram United announced having reached an agreement with the Belgian club Anderlecht, for the permanent transfer of Frank Acheampong.

The Ghanaian striker, 19, arrived on loan in January has visibly impressed the leaders of the Sporting.

His transfer cost around 1 million. Frank Acheampong was elected best player of Thailand in 2011 and scored 17 goals in 56 games played in the colors of Buriram United.

He also made his debut with Ghana in August.
