The Ivory Coast international Kolo Habib Touré has signed on Tuesday in England a two-year contract with the club of Liverpool. The transaction was acquired for a few weeks but it is only now that the former Gunner becomes a full-fledged player in the Reds. This after affixing his signature on the precious document.

It was also the re-opening in Liverpool and Toure, 32, was already able to greet his new teammates who were present this morning at Melwood, the training center of the club.

Kolo Toure therefore left Manchester City and after four seasons at the Etihad stadium. He is the fourth this summer to sign from Liverpool with Luis Alberto, Iago Ailettes and Simon Mignolet.

His first words:

“It means a lot to me. Firstly, I agree with one of the best clubs in England “.

“When I left Man City, it was important for me to stay in England because it is the best league – and joining Liverpool is huge for me.”
