Portugal international striker Hugo Almeida of Besiktas has admitted the greatness of the Black Stars of Ghana ahead of their Brazil World Cup Group clash on 26 June 2014.

Hugo believes Ghana count great players in the major European leagues and highlights Ghana’s quality after being the only African side to attain the quarter finals of the 2010 World Cup in South Africa.

Scheduled to face for their first time Ghana in the upcoming World Cup in Brazil, the 29-year-old  knows in advance that it will not be a small task for them.

“Ghana has great players who play in European football and have shown in the last World Cup that they are a team to be reckoned with,” Hugo said.
