Patrice Carteron‘s Zamalek won their third friendly game on Tuesday with 2-1 to Tanta.

After a 0-0 scoreline in the first half, Hossam Ashraf opened the scoring for White Knights at the 60th minute on a beautiful header.

However, Zamalek failed to secure this advantage and conceded the equalizer at the 70th minute. As Mohamed El-Ashry scored also from a header in the box.

Dertmined to win, Carteron’s side scored a second goal 8 goals prior to the end of the game. thanks to Mohamed Fathi who won his one on one situation against Tanta’s goalkeeper.

Cairo giants will face El Gaish in Wednesday afternoon at 4pm.
