African players abroad Mohamed Salah Appeared In Neville And Carragher 2020 Team Of The Year

Sky Sports experts Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher have included Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah in their 2020 Premier League Team of the Year. Salah has had an outstanding season with Liverpool last year after guiding them to their first Premier League title in 30 years.

The 28-year-old also maintained his prolific form with the Reds. Having already scored 16 scored goals in all competitions this season [13 in the Premier League]. Making a total of 30 goal contributions in 2020.

While selecting their 2020 Team of the Year, Neville and Carragher chose a Liverpool-dominated starting 11. A selection that saw the absence of the likes of Sadio Mane.

The whole defensive line included only Liverpool players except for Wolves captain Conor Coady. While PFA Player of the Year, Jordan Henderson, also made the cut alongside Kevin De Bruyne and Bruno Fernandes in the midfield.

Finally, Tottenham’s inform duo Harry Kane and Son Heung-min joined Salah.
