CAF CONFEDERATION CUP CAF Approves Moshood Abiola Stadium As Home Venue For Super Eagles WCQ

Nigeria and Ghana will meet in home and away games for 2022 FIFA World Cup qualification in March. And the Confederation of African Football (CAF) has approved the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja, as the home ground of the Super Eagles.

The qualifier, which is a double fixture, is scheduled to hold between March 21 to March 29. The Black Stars of Ghana will host the Super Eagles in the first leg at the Accra Sports Stadium before the return leg now scheduled for Abuja.

CAF made this known via a letter sent to the General-Secretary of the Nigerian Football Federation, Sanusi Mohammed, dated, January 3, 2022.
