Teranga Lions of Senegal earned their first three points in their Group B opener against Ivory Coast in the ongoing African Nations Championship CHAN 2022.

Senegal headed to the game as favourite as they lived up to expectations in a crucial Group B game at the Stade du 19 Mai 1956.
