CHAN CHAN 2022: Sudan Walk Over Morocco As CAF Remain Mum

The African Nations Championship (CHAN) reigning Champions Morocco failed to show up for their match against Sudan on Sunday.

The Refs and Sudanese players were at Stade Chahid-Hamlaoui stadium in expectation of the CHAN group C opener but Morocco did not show up.

However, they were walked but CAF was yet to release any statement to confirmed why the team did not showed up for the game.

Morocco had made their stance to pull out from the competition if Algeria fail to grant their aircraft passage.

The team on Saturday released a photograph that the team was at the airport ready to take their flight for Constantine.

But they did not show up and didn’t not made any formal reasons for their inability to show up for the opening game against Sudan.
