Nigeria Nike Unveils Super Falcons Kits Ahead FIFA Women’s World Cup

Nike has unveiled the official home and away jerseys of Nigeria’s Super Falcons, just months before the start of the FIFA Women’s World Cup in 2023.

The nine-time African champions are one of 32 nations to have qualified for the tournament.

On Monday afternoon, the American kit manufacturing company released kits for some of the countries that will compete in the competition in Australia and New Zealand.

To qualify for the 2022 Women’s African Cup of Nations, the Super Falcons finished fourth in their group.

” The Nigeria National Team Collection draws from the distinctiveness of the country’s local prints and patterns.

“These traditional designs are blended with current styles from the fashion scene of the capital city of Abuja. In an electric green colour scheme, 

The cuffs and sock ribbing on the home kits are inspired by traditional Nigerian artwork and textiles.

According to the statement, the forest green away kits combine modern shapes with traditional prints; the up-close details on the graphic pattern pay homage to the team’s “Super Falcons.”

Aside from Nigeria, the following countries have kits available: the United States, Australia, New Zealand, France, Canada, England, Portugal, Brazil, Korea, and Holland.
