Transfers Ighalo Completes Al Wehda Deal From Al Hilal

Odion Ighalo, a former striker for the Super Eagles, has made a third trip back to the Saudi Pro League.

The dedicated attacker initially signed on with Al Shabab SC in 2021 and then transferred to Al Hilal SC a year later.

Ighalo was the top scorer while playing for Al Shabab, and he also assisted Al Hilal in winning the domestic championship the previous year.

After his contract with Al Hilal expired at the end of the previous campaign, he left.

Last season, Al Wehdah came in at the bottom of the standings, but the club’s administration is confident that Ighalo can turn things around.

After the arrangement was reached, they started talking with his representative, and he had his medical on Monday.

On Tuesday, Al Wehdah’s administration both announced his presence and introduced him as the team’s player.
