Experienced French striker Anthony Modeste has been announced by Egyptian Premier League giants Al AHly as their newest signing on a free transfer.
The 35-year old left Borussia Dortmund in Junly after his contract came to an end with the Bundesliga side.
He was expecting to attract some interests during the transfer window in Europe and Saudi Arabia but things did not go his way.

Al Ahly have done jumped into the opportunity and convinced him to have his first experience in Africa.
The Cairo-based outfit announced his signing on Monday evening on a one-year deal with the option to extend it for a further year (2024).
