The Lucy of Ethiopia has arrived to Nigeria for the match against Super Falcons ahead of the second leg of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games qualifying match.

The game finished in a 1-1 draw even though the Ethiopian women’s senior team scored first and allowed the nine-time African champions to tie the score.

After landing on Sunday afternoon at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport in Abuja, the team headed directly to their hotel in preparation for the exciting second leg.

The Ethiopian team defeated Chad with ten goals in the first round of the qualification.

To advance to the third round, they must either defeat Nigeria or play a high-scoring tie.
