Mohamed Bayo goal against Cameroon has put the Syli National of Guinea ahead in their opening Group game at the AFCON 2023.
Bayo goal came after a poor defensive clearance by the Cameroonian side
The Club Le Havre player on loan from Lille has now scored his first AFCON goal in his first tournament.
