The Brazilian international, Roberto Carlos Da Silva Rocha, known as Roberto Carlos, FIFA ambassador, set foot on Burkinabe soil on February 14, 2024.

The 50-year-old ex-player was greeted by a huge crowd upon his descent.

“Burkina Faso is now my second country. I’m going to spend a few days here to get to know the country better. We have a lot of plans for football,” declared Roberto Carlos upon his arrival in Burkina Faso on February 14, 2024.

Traveling with his private jet, the former glory of Brazilian football will stay in the country of Bertrand Traoré from February 14 to 16, 2024.
