The debate over who is the GOAT between Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi if far from ending. And the latest football icon to make his choice is Italy head coach Roberto Mancini.
The 57-year old announced his squad for the World Cup playoff against Northern Macedonia on Friday.
After the announcement, the former Manchester City was responding to questions and one of them concerned Cristiano Ronaldo.

The journalist asked Mancini whether he will prepare a special plan to mark the Manchester United forward should they meet in for a Qatar 2022 ticket battle.
And his answer was no as he does not consider Ronaldo more difficult to mark than Messi.
“With all due respect, Cristiano is not Messi”, Mancini told the media, as per Infos Sport.
“We focus on Portugal as a team. If we played against Argentina then yes there would be a special plan because Messi is Messi, he is the key”, he added.
