CAF CONFEDERATION CUP CAF Makes Changes To Women’s Champions League Date

The dates for the 2023 TotalEnergies Women’s Champions League have been changed by the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

The qualifying round, which was originally scheduled for September 10-25, has been moved to Cote D’Ivoire from Friday, August 18 to Sunday, September 03, 2023.

The national champions from the seven WAFU Zone B Associations are expected to compete for a spot in the TotalEnergies Women’s Champions League.

Ghana, Niger, Nigeria, Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo, and Cote D’Ivoire are among the countries involved.

Nigeria was represented in the previous edition of the tournament by Bayelsa Queens.
