Africa TP Mazembe Patrice Carteron signed for two years!

Ignoring the sanctions wielded by his current employer, the FEMAFOOT (Malian Football Federation), Patrice Carteron signed Wednesday in Lubumbashi a two-year contract for the Congolese club TP Mazembe (here with President Moses Katumbi; Photo : Site TPM). His tenure at the head of the Ravens will begin in mid-June after the matches of 2014 World Cup playoffs he will head the Eagles.

Carteron therefore leaves the bench of Mali less than a year after replacing Alain Giresse. For his first experience at the head of an African training, the former coach of Dijon took the Eagles on the third step of the podium at the 2013 Afcon.

At TP Mazembe, he will in particular as target make a good impression in the CAF Cup this year and qualify the Ravens for the next African Champions League.
