Leicester City boss Brendan Rodgers provided injury update on Ghanaian defender Daniel Amartey who got injured after just ten minutes of play on Sunday in Foxes’ 0-3 missway to West Ham.

Daniel Amartey has just come from a nearly two year out of lawns due to an injury in October 2018. However he made up all the starting teams of Leicester City’s three opening Premier League games this season.

But Amartey suffered a quick injury on Sunday (matchday 4) against West Ham and was substituted at the 10th minute.

“It looks like his hamstring, but we’ll get confirmation in the next couple of days” Brendan Rodgers told Foxes website about Amartey.
