French defensive midfielder of Ghanaian descent Dennis Appiah was benched again for the second game of Raymond Domenech as Nantes coach.

The former France manager led his first game at the helm of Nantes on Wednesday and the Yellows concluded a goalless draw to Rennes.

In the game, Appiah sited on the bench until the full-time. And for the second match of Domenech, the 28-year-old watched again from the bench.

Even though his side scored this time, they did not win as they drew again (1-1) to Montpellier to sit 17th on league table with 17 points. That is five points ahead of the relagation zone.

In addition, Dennis Appiah made 12 league appearances with Nantes this season. He did not scored but have provided two assists.
