Al Ahly head coach Pitso Mosimane targets the medal bronze in the FIFA Club World Cup third-place game they are going to contest against Palmeiras.

Al Ahly have lost (2-0) to Bayern Munich in the semi-final of the FIFA Club World Cup on Monday.

With that defeat, they are obliged to fight for a third place against Palmeiras next Thursday, February 11.

“Of course we aspire to win the bronze medal. We have to learn from Bayern and Al-Duhail encounters to win the remaining game,” Mosimane said.

“We had some negatives against Al-Duhail and Bayern we will aim to sort out, and there are positives that we will look to improve.

“The Palmeiras game will be tough especially that they are very good team and got great players. We have to prepare very well to achieve the goal of finishing third.”
