Euro 2020 We Have To Approach Our Next Games With The Same Energy-Silhavy

The Czech Republic head coach Jaroslav Silhavy said they will approach their next two games with the same approach they used against Scotland.

Two goals in each half by Patrik Schick saw Czech Republic pick the maximum points at the Hampden Park on Monday.

Speaking in his post-match interview, Silhavy said he believe his lads will do well in the competition.

He noted that his side survived the early pressure from Scotland and took their chances when it came.
He said, “We have to approach the next two games against Croatia and England with the same teamwork and energy.
“We must put even more into those two games. I believe we will do well.”
“The decisive factor was that we survived the early pressure from Scotland.
“Then we got into the game and scored the opening goal.
“The second goal from Patrik Schick calmed us down and finished the job.”
Reacting on Schick’s second goal which saw the forward pick out Scotland goalkeeper from afar, the gaffer said he has been practising it during training.
“He sometimes tries this during training sessions.
“I think that he tried something like that also in our last game.
“He is an excellent player and I believe that he can continue like that and we have not seen his last goals here.”
