Europa League Osimhen Goal Not Enough To Save Napoli From Sparkta Onslaught

suVictor Osimhen was on target for Napoli who lost 3-2 at home to Spartak Moscow in Thursday’s eUEFA Europa League at the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona.

Osimhen who had been in scoring spree for the Partonepei, scored a late goal in added time.

Napoli was in control of the game as they began with a blistering performance and in the 14th minute, Napoli went in front after Eljif Elmas scored the opener.

However, there was a twist to the game for Napoli after Mario Rui was sent off for reckless playing.

Spartak were level as Promes rifled through a crowded box early in the second half, before going ahead with just 10 minutes remaining through Ignatov.

An outnumbered Napoli defence conceded again in stoppage time when Aleksandr Sobolev combined with Promes to score a third, although Osimhen reduced the deficit by tapping in a through ball.
