Egyptian Players abroad Egyptian Star Mohamed Salah Nominated For PFA Fans’ Player Of The Month

Egypt and Liverpool superstar, Mohamed Salah, has been nominated for the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month Award for the month of September.

Salah couldn’t have asked for a better start to season with Liverpool. The Egyptian star found the back of the net on nine occasions in nine games so far. Six of these goals came in six consecutive appearances during the month of September.

His exceptional performances helped him join the Premier League’s revered ‘100 club’, netting his centurion Premier League strike in the Reds 3-0 victory over Leeds United.

The 29-year-old didn’t stop there. He reached his 100th Premier League goal exclusively for Liverpool to become the quickest ever to reach that milestone. He achieved this performance in just 151 matches.

Salah has, therefore, been nominated for the PFA Fans’ Player of the Month Award for September. The Egyptian is up against Cristiano Ronaldo (Manchester United), Antonio Rudiger (Chelsea), Ismaila Sarr (Watford), Ivan Toney (Brentford) and Michail Antonio (West Ham United).
