Nigeria AFCON 2023: Musa, 16 Other Players Nest In Abu Dhabi

Super Eagles captain, Ahmed Musa and 16 other players have arrived at the camp in Abu Dhabi in preparation for the 2023 African Nations Cup in Ivory Coast.

The Super Eagles Camp officially opened on Wednesday and the team will camp at the Pullman Hotel in Abu Dhabi until January 9 when they will depart for Ivory Coast.

Following the arrival of head coach, Jose Peseiro and his assistant on Tuesday, the team will have their first training session later today.

Other players that have already arrived at camp are Omeruo, Simon, Ojo, Iwobi, Semi, Aina, Bassey, Lookman, Aribo, Onyeka, Bruno, Awaziem, Zaidu, Boniface, Onyedika and Osayi Bright.

The remaining players are expected to arrive later today including Royal Antwerp midfielder, Alhassan Yusuf who was called up late to replace injured Wilfred Ndidi.
