Nigeria forward, Emmanuel Dennis has rejoined Watford on a season-long loan from Nottingham Forest.
Watford confirmed the move in a statement on their official website on Wednesday.
Dennis featured 35 times for the club during the 2021/22 Premier League season – including two appearances in the cup – scoring 10 goals and grabbing six assists before moving to Nottingham Forest in August 2022, having last featured for the Hornets in the opening two Championship fixtures of the season.
The 26-year-old spent the first half of this season on loan with Istanbul Başakşehir, but makes his return to Vicarage Road for the remainder of the 2023/24 campaign.
The Nigeria international first joined the club in June 2021, getting a goal and assist on his Hornets debut to help the side to a 3-2 win on the opening day of 2021/22 against Aston Villa.
He scored five goals over a six-game period between late November and early December, and earned a nomination for Premier League Player of the Month in November 2021.
“Watford FC is delighted to announce the return of Emmanuel Dennis, with the forward agreeing a loan deal with the Hornets until the end of the season.”
