Terem Moffi, a forward for OGC Nice and the Super Eagles of Nigeria, said the win over RC Lens was crucial for the team.

Nice had not won in six games prior to Saturday’s match, and the manager of the team was already under increasing pressure.

The Nigerian international scored a brace as they defeated Lens 3-1, securing a crucial victory.

Moffi stated that while the victory was significant, they now only needed to regroup and concentrate on the upcoming task.

“It was a very important win for us.

“As a team, we really needed the victory. Now, we just need to clear our heads and come back even stronger and more positive,” he said.

For the French team, Moffi has currently scored nine goals in twenty-two games.
