Ghana Sport and Youth Minister Isaac Asiamah was talking to media this Wednesday on the easing restrictions of Sports . He then reveals how the Ministry is planning to pay for James Kwesi Appiah’s monies .
Appiah is no more Black Stars’ coach since December 2019 . But still the 1992 AFCON finalist didn’t received his entitlements . Isaac Asiamah now lightens ways through which former Asante Kotoko player will receive his due .
“Kwesi has done a lot for Ghana . We respect him . We gave him the job and all the support . We owe him some arrears from his contract extension and we can’t say we won’t pay him . Gradually , we will pay him all his entitlements” he said .
The minister evoked also athletes conditions saying that “There is an ongoing project with Youth Employment Agency that is going to be rolled out to support [with allowances]”
Sports in Ghana is interrupted till July 31 .
