Mamelodi Sundowns vs Orlando Pirates made their return to action on Tuesday as Premier Soccer League resumes. But both teams could not find the back of the net as the game ended in a goalless draw.

Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns played their first ABSA Premiership fixture since March, at Dobsonville stadium on Tuesday. Both sides strive to push the ball on to the back of the net but could not succeed.

However, Buccaneers have levelled matters in the second half as they kept the threat consisant. With Makaringe, Pule and others who punched not once but several times. However, they failed every time to beat Ugandan gloves man Denis Oyango who was there denying them.

Despite having a dominance in the second half, both sides went away with a point as they shared spoils.

Following the end of the game, Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane has been very lucid as he confessed that the match was a difficult one. “Difficult game and a game of two halves, we controlled the first half and I must give the Buccaneers the second one. They had chances and did well and they could have hurt us.
