South Africa Bafana Bafana squad for 2022 World Cup qualifiers revealed

Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos has named a 31-man squad for 2022 World Cup qualifiers which will start from September.

After missing the qualification for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations in Cameroon, South Africa aim at securing a FIFA World Cup spot for Qatar next year.

And their new coach Broos has published his squad on Thursday morning including Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Bruce Mvuma while veteran Itumeleng Khune is left aside.

Thulani Hlatshwayo is dropped again after missing out on June’s list. Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Themba Zwane is also left out.
