FIFA CLUB WORLD CUP Ghana Will Not Be An Easy Opponent- Ndidi

Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi has admitted that it will not be an easy task playing against Ghana in this month FIFA World Cup playoff.

Nigeria will face Ghana in the playoff for the ticket to the Qatar 2022 World Cup November this year.

The Leicester City midfielder in an interview with ESPN said it mean a lot for the Super Eagles to qualify to Qatar 2022.

It will mean a lot for us to go back to the World Cup,” Ndidi told ESPN.

But Ghana will not be easy. To be honest, we have to be careful about their whole team and not just any specific players. It will be two tough games.”

Ndidi who was exceptional in the midfield for the Super Eagles at the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations hosted by Cameroon.

The combative midfielder was among the players invited by Super Eagles technical adviser, Augustine Eguavoen ahead of the game.

Nigeria will travel to Ghana for the first leg on March 25 while the second leg will take place at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.
