The ugly scenario of attacking away players and officials of the visiting teams in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) resurfaced again as Wikki Tourists fans attacked Enyimba.

Both teams clashed on Matchday 19 of the NPFL on Sunday which ended in a goalless as both side shared the spoils at the Tafawa Balewa Stadium.

Enyimba midfielder Cyril Olisema confirmed the attack via his social media account.
