Brazil star Neymar Jr who made his AFC Champions league debut with Al-Hilal against Navbahor (1-1) on Monday night had a game to forget as he was not all at his best.

The 31-year old made a cameo appearance last week in the Saudi Pro League to make his official debut after the international break.

Monday was the great day for him as he was a starter with Al-Hilal for the first time since moving to the club from PSG.

However, Neymar who is arguably the most talented player in the team appeared to be a “problem” for his teammates during the game.

According to SofaScore, the former Barcelona left-winger lost the ball 32 times all along the game.

That is the highest amount of lost balls in the encounter which far from being a honouring stat for Neymar.

The Brazilian superstar was even involved in a burst-up with an opponent on which he kicked the ball and got booked.

Al-Hilal could have lost the game after conceding in the 52nd minute but Ali Hadi Mohammed Al-Bulaihi fortunately won them a point with the equalizer in the additional time (90+10).

Neymar and teammates will be back in action on Thursday against Damac in the Saudi Pro League.
