Nigeria Falconets Land Dar es Salaam For Burundi Game

Ahead of their match against Burundi in the final round of the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup Qualifiers at the Azam Sports Complex, the Nigerian Falconets stormed Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, on Thursday.

For the first leg match, South African official Nonjabulo Nonhle Ndlela has been nominated by the Confederation of African Football to serve as the referee. Head coach Chris Musa Danjuma had chosen 19 players for the match.

Her countrymen Nandipha Menze and Maneo Evodia Tau will be assistant referees 1 and 2, respectively, and Nteboheleng Theresia Setoko from Lesotho will be the fourth official.

Somoe Robert Ng’itu of Tanzania will serve as the commissioner for Sunday’s match at the Azam Stadium Complex, and Fransiska Katjaimo of Namibia will serve as the referee assessor.

On Saturday, January 20, the return leg match will be played at the MKO Abiola National Stadium in Abuja.
