Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola named the only club which can win the UEFA Champions league every season after his team claimed the trophy for the first time on Saturday evening.

The Skyblues are now Champions of Europe.

After losing to Chelsea in 2021, Man City managed to beat Inter Milan 1-0 on Saturday thanks to Rodri goal to win the Champions league for the first time in their history.

Speaking after the game, Guardiola lauded his team but admitted that only Real Madrid can win the UCL every year.

“Winning five Premier Leagues is exceptional, but people have said no, you have to win trebles every season to be complete”, Pep told the media.

“I’m good, but I’m not good enough to win trebles every season. The Champions League is so tough.

“Real Madrid have the ability to do it year in, year out. People pretend the Premier League is nothing. Now we can get credit for the five Premier Leagues.

“To do what we have done in the last six seasons is unbelievable. It’s not just the Champions League – it’s many, many titles,” Guardiola said.
