Despite the enormous expectations surrounding it, the TotalEnergies CAF Confederation Cup continued to live up to them on Saturday as more clubs qualified for the competition’s group stages.

In Rwanda, Rayon Sports also lost in the semifinals in front of their home crowd after drawing 1-1 with Al Hilal Benghazi of Libya.

As a result of the tie, which followed a score of the same in the first leg, the two teams had to choose a winner through a lottery of penalties.
